Raised out of the question around resolution and grain. During the research residency at the Frans Masereel Centre I found a pile of rejected litho-stones. I selected a few and used the laser-cutting machine to engrave them. For this is used the image know from broadcast through the ether. The resolution of the laser-cutter can be set quite high, only then the details of the engraving in the litho-stone will be blown away. After doing some tests the best resolution to use was the resolution of old televisions which is 72DPI.
